24-hour Control Centre

The Control Centre is fully compliant with Quality Standard BS7499 & BS7858, covering all aspects of running a secure 24-hours a day operational centre. The Controllers are constantly in touch with Security Officers and Supervisors, and work alongside our Contract Managers directing front line response.

Controllers monitor, control and co-ordinate all operational assignments, maintain computerised rostering regarding site manning issues, monitor site based CCTV, keyholding and alarm response, open and close of business locking and unlocking of customers premises and out of hours access for maintenance contractors.

Control Centre procedures are covered in BS EN ISO 9001:2000, with a practical approach to dealing with any specific event or incident in relation to servicing the clients best interests.
