Quality standards

BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is the British standard dealing specifically with quality assurance, a statement of the organisation's administrative responsibilities, procedures and control for the smooth and professional running of Charter Security Plc.

Charter Security Plc has a policy of continual improvement of management administration through the use of the quality policy, looking at objectives, auditing and audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review.

The scope of this qualification includes BS7499 and BS7858, which set the quality standards for our 24 hour control room. The company is subject to two external and forty-eight internal audits per year to ensure quality standards are maintained.
